Espresso Cielo Building Another Cheerful Coffee Bar in Santa Monica

Espresso Cielo, which has helmed Main Street Santa Monica for years as a standard-bearing coffee shop, is slated for another location along 2nd Street in Santa Monica nestled into the colorful parking structure. The opening is slated for fall 2015, which implies the next few months, and Toddrickallen reports that the location will serve, coffee, tea, and pastries.

Jagar Architecture seems to be taking the lead on the design here, at least according to a placard on the front, and the renderings show a clean-cut space with low-flung counters. Though this slot doesn't have quite the foot traffic of say, 3rd Street, this new Cielo expansion will join the ranks of Demitasse and The Refinery for quality java in the area.
