There's still work being done.

Chef/restaurateur Tin Vuong has long teased a second location for Little Sister, his Southeast Asian favorite with an original home in Manhattan Beach. Time’s been moving slowly, though, with opening dates that keep getting pushed… and pushed

Well now here’s some action, with the first leaked photos showing off the former Gaji space on 7th Street. Things are very much still under construction, as you can see, but the bones are mostly all worked out.

Similar to Blackhouse Hospitality's South Bay location, there’s going to be a gritty street art aesthetic, along with a tiled wraparound bar and loads of dark finished wood. Out front, the place is still papered over, but expect those large windows to show off the soon-to-come packed dining room inside.

There’s still no official word on when Little Sister 2.0 will arrive, but their most recent "early October" projection has already basically come and gone. Go ahead and target this one for end-of-year, just to be safe.
