Angelenos can't get enough ramen these days, and today JINYA Ramen Bar is announcing the opening of its newest concept, JINYA Ramen Express. The fast casual restaurant on the third floor of the Hollywood & Highland complex will allow patrons to build their own ramen with a selection of broths, proteins, and garnishes.
The narrow, 700 square foot space showcases its ingredients along the customer line, much in the vein of Chipotle and other fast casual restaurants. Patrons first select a base; either ramen, ramen salad, or rice; then a broth with options that include tonkotsu, tonkotsu spicy miso, and chicken vegetable; a noodle; and finally a variety of proteins and garnishes.
For those who want to leave the combos to the pros, signature bowls like the JINYA Tonkotsu Black with pork broth and black garlic oil and the Ramen Salad with spinach noodles and grilled chicken are also on offer.
JINYA Ramen Express will officially join the JINYA family of restaurants that include Robata JINYA and JINYA Ramen Bar when it grand opens to the public on Saturday, November 21. It will open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
