Picnic LA, the vegetable-centric fast casual restaurant brought to you by Brad Zions (an early Lemonade investor), Noah Ellis (Red Medicine) and Eliot Silver, will officially open its doors in downtown Culver City on Monday, November 30.

The tight menu, produced by chef and partner Alex Resnick, focuses on seasonal vegetables and composed salads that can be complimented by free-range chicken, Scottish salmon, and other proteins. Opening menu highlights include such produce-driven fare as farro and roasted asparagus salad, farmer's market Fuyu persimmon and prosciutto, and Mary's turkey larb lettuce wraps with fresh herbs.

Although the restaurant is now only in its soft opening phase, there are still plenty of developments to come. Culver City locals can stay tuned for the addition of beer and wine and a marketplace with picnic accessories to truly live up to its name.
