It was another huge year for Maude, Curtis Stone's tasting menu restaurant that highlights one seasonal ingredient a month over nine courses. LA Weekly's best restaurant of 2015 and Eater LA's best restaurant of 2014 has just released the lineup for its 2016 menus with new themes that run from carrot all the way to black truffle.
The lineup is completely different than that of 2015, with exception of the ever-popular white truffle in November and black truffle in December. Reservations for January's carrot menu will open on Tuesday, December 1, and reservations for February's potato menu and March's pistachio menu will also live on the first of the previous month. Check out the full lineup below:
January: Carrot
February: Potato
March: Pistachio
April: Radish
May: Garlic
June: Cherry
July: Zucchini
August: Plum
September: Grape
October: Chicories
