Bru's Wiffle Taking Over Deserted Relais de Paris Space in Beverly Hills

The Santa Monica waffle specialist goes inland.

Bru's Wiffle is invading the center of Los Angeles, with a plotted expansion inside the former Relais de Paris slot on the eastern edge of Beverly Hills. This second location (though they have a sister concept called Bru's Counter in Century City-adjacent) will go beyond daytime hours with service into the evening. There's even cocktails, for those who need a stiff drink with their Belgian waffles.

The expansive bill of fare includes chicken & waffles, creatively plated dessert waffles, and brunchy classics to tide you through the morning. Into dinner, Bru's Wiffle has a Cheesecake Factory-sized selection of burgers, wraps, and salad that are sure to please everyone.

Will Bru's be the sure-fire tenant in a building that's had a roll-call of restaurants, from Carson House and Relais de Paris of late, all the way down to Porterhouse Bistro, which survived this spot for many years before closing back in 2010.
