It seems like the Eastside can't get enough coffee in its system, with a new brew house popping up seemingly every day. Well now Echo Park can add Eightfold Coffee to its coffee shop roster, the newest addition sitting on the eastern edges of town. The location is also a hop-skip away from Dodger Stadium, which could come in handy once baseball season comes back.
According to The Eastsider, Eightfold Coffee will be located at 1294 W Sunset Blvd, just down the street from Guisados. The shop will serve beans from Heart Roasters, and is slated to open in early December.
