Craft Beer Cellar, which is actually a chain from New England, has opened its outlet in a sleepy section of Eagle Rock as of November 14, reports the LA Times. After this Eagle Rock shop and tap room, Craft Beer Cellar hopes to open friendly neighborhood bottles shops in Torrance and Oakland next.

Though it's mostly a place to buy six packs (with a choose-your-own selection capability) and craft bottles, the cellar also has tastings, flights, and nibbles from the likes of Homeboy Industries pastries and cheeses from nearby Milk Farm (the cheese is still en route). If you want to hang out, there's a patio that looks out to Colorado Blvd, though that might not be the best place to be as the weather cools down.

Husband and wife team Corissa Hernandez and Gabriel Paredes struck some delays for the opening, which has the slot next to the popular Found Coffee. Hours run 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday to Thursday, and until midnight on weekends.
