— The Aria scored a big win when New York Italian-American restaurant Carbone decided to set up shop in the hotel. On the menu is Carbone’s famous spicy rigatoni vodka, veal parmesan, lobster fra diavolo, and meatballs, along with a few dishes that are exclusive to the Las Vegas location. — A lot of changes are taking place within The Wynn. Along with a multi-million dollar renovation of the buffet, one of the hotel's nightclubs, Tryst, will shutter on November 7. In its stead will likely come new nightlife concept called Intrigue, a name that has been filed as a trademark by Wynn Resorts Holdings LLC.
