Seems Like No One Wants to Buy Lisa Vanderpump's Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills

Remember back in February when luxury real estate broker Hilton & Highland tried to unload Lisa Vanderpump's Villa Blanca after failing to do so when it first hit the market in 2014? Well it seems nothing's changed, and now the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is trying her luck with a new broker, Ira Spilky & Associates.

The self-described "sexy, stylish, and romantic restaurant, serving Mediterranean, Italian, and Asian food" does occupy some choice Golden Triangle real estate, located just two blocks away from the heart of Rodeo Drive. The all-white restaurant even comes with a type 47 liquor license, but even that hasn't been enough to drum up some interest in the nearly seven-year-old spot that has history of health code violations and lawsuits.
