Who knew chefs could rock out? Food Network's Duff Goldman and Union's Bruce Kalman's cover band Foie Grock will be playing at the famed Hotel Cafe in Hollywood this coming Thursday evening. The band goes on at 10 p.m. and $12.50 tickets are available right here.

The band got together because Goldman and Kalman realized they could play guitar and sing. Ben Offenberg, who plays guitar for the band and also works for reservations app Resy, used to work as a music supervisor for the band Jingle Punks and helped bring everyone together for Foie Grock. They brought on drummer Francis Castagnetti and keyboardist Jeff Liffman to round out the band. The cover band's sounds takes a lot of cues from Austin and New Orleans, melding rock with funk and blues.
