The Sunset Strip has not one but two new additions headed to the glitzy corridor in mid-2016. Aubergine and Noble 33, a restaurant and lounge, respectively, will open in the nightlife hub as a result of a partnership between Sylvain Bitton, David Jarrett, and J.T. Torregiani of Horse & Carriage Hospitality (Warwick, Maia, Aventine) and Tosh Berman and Amrou Manaseer of EDL Partners (Toca Madera).

Located at 8720 Sunset Boulevard next to The Church Key and Eveleigh, Mediterranean brasserie Aubergine will offer free-range and grass-fed meats, sustainable seafood, and, in a surprise to no one at all, a separate vegan and vegetarian menu. The restaurant boasts Eastern Mediterranean dishes and a lush patio that will surely be pre-night out destination for many on the Strip.

Which is where Noble 33, also located in the multi-level compound, kicks in. According to the release, "Noble 33 will be a private lounge, and as such, details of the project will not be forthcoming." So there's that.

Still, there's little doubt Aubergine and Noble 33 will become two of the city's hottest spots for a night on the town.
