Big news for hot dog lovers: there’s a Guatemalan dog truck coming to Los Angeles. According to LA Magazine, the new truck — named El Shuko — plans to bring the unfamiliar shuco snack to the City of Angels as soon as this weekend.

The truck, which hails originally from Las Vegas, has been making inroads into the L.A. market of late, setting up weekend stops when they could. Now they’re moving in full-time, bringing all-beef hot dogs and mixtas — those are hot dog tacos, basically. There will also be a variety of other South and Central American-styled dogs on offer, as well as more traditional enchiladas and the like.

Per the LA Mag piece, El Shuko should land in South LA this Saturday, serving from around 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. near 54th Street and Central Avenue. You can follow them on Twitter at @ElShukoTruck.
