Alvin Cailan Makes a Mean Emu Eggs Benedict

By now you’ve seen The Fat Prince, the Vice Munchies high-brow-low-brow concept show starring Andy Milonakis. He brings on a popular (usually L.A.-based) chef to whip up something in the neighborhood of what they usually create — In this case an egg dish for Eggslut's Alvin Cailan, for example — and then brings on a celebrity friend to chat up the cooking and the food. Except it’s a whole lot weirder.

In this episode, Milonakis rocks giant emu eggs and deep-fried bacon, while guest Jason Mewes (Jay & Silent Bob) and Cailan combine to make glazed doughnut waffles. The results aren’t particularly appealing on camera, but it’s fun to watch the good-natured Cailan talk about the egg dishes that he thinks are played out, and offer the father-to-be Jason Mewes the keys to his Eggslut empire.
