It was only a few months ago that the W Los Angeles West Beverly Hills, formerly known as the W Los Angeles Westwood, added STK to its hotel offerings. Well the hotel is adding yet another dining option for Westwood locals and hotel guests, Hideout, a poolside restaurant due to open next year.
Commanding the restaurant's kitchen will be Robert Liberato, executive chef of the One Group's STK. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but little is known about the restaurant besides the fact that a grilled shrimp salad with avocado and watermelon radish will be featured on the menu, according to the LA Times.
Given the placement of the restaurant and Liberato's background at STK, Son of a Gun, BLT Steak, and the Getty Center's Bon Appetit, one can guess at light, California-inspired fare that will play well with poolside lounging.
