The prominent restaurateurs are bringing some life back to the place.

Looks like Tinto in West Hollywood is no more, as news comes now that restaurant/bar legends Jared Meisler and Sean MacPherson will be installing a new concept at that address sometime early next year. As if on cue, the phone for Tinto is now disconnected, and the place is locked up tight.

The quiet Spanish wine bar spot sat just across the street from the immensely popular Salt’s Cure for years, yet never managed to draw the same sort of devoted attention. So instead, restaurateurs Meisler and MacPherson (Bar Lubitsch, The Pikey, Roger Room, Jones) have finalized escrow on the address and are now in the early remodel phases.

As for what Tinto will transform into, that’s still in the works, but likely an early 2016 arrival is in the cards.
