It was exciting news back in August when Chicago coffee roaster Bow Truss announced that it would make its West Coast debut in Beverly Hills. Well the new school coffee shop had just signed its lease in late summer, but now has officially opened it's doors in the Golden Triangle, right across from WME.

The coffee shop, with multiple locations in the Windy City, focuses on single origin collections and a minimalist espresso program that truly highlights the bean. The location in Beverly Hills is a far cry from some of their other Chicago outposts, however, which have been hit with anti-gentrification vandalism several times.
As for the shop itself, expect plenty of light wood, blackboards, and metal stools to give the place that signature rustic coffee shop look LA coffee fanatics have grown to love.
