Cheese fiends and pizza lovers rejoice: Obicà Mozzarella Bar Pizza e Cucina is opening its doors in Santa Monica on January 11, inside the recently shuttered Hostaria del Piccolo space.

As its name would suggest, mozzarella is at the heart of the sleek Italian concept, which also enjoys a location in Century City. Obicà claims it is the only restaurant in LA to directly import Mozzarella di Bufala DOP (Denomination of Protected Origin) twice a week from cheese makers in Campania, Italy, and also offers a smattering of antipasti, pizza, and dishes like tartare di tonno with Ahi tuna. Beer and loads of wine are also available.

The Italian-born brand has 20 restaurants around the world including locations in Italy, Japan, and Dubai. The working menu for the restaurant is below.
