Tione's On Main Flips Into Newcomer Spread Mediterranean Grill

The paperwork says so.

Poor, poor Tione’s on Main. Despite a beautiful build-out and great location, it seems that Christian Page’s all-day concept never could find its footing, having failed to actually ever open long term. Now there’s life, though, thanks to some new ABC window dressing that shows a transfer of license to the inbound Spread Mediterranean Grill.

The long-awaited Page deli project actually seemed to be coming to life at one point, hosting a pop-up of sorts back in February while waiting for paperwork to finalize. Then months went by with no activity, ultimately culminating in a for sale sign in October once Page's partner pulled the plug.

As for the new name, Spread Mediterranean? There’s not much to go on at the moment, as the LLC itself doesn’t point anywhere in particular, and Spread isn’t a well known name around these parts —except for that one peanut butter and jelly sandwich place that closed in the Valley already. Judging by the handmade drawing in the window, you can at least look for wraps and bowls of some sort.
