The Hotel Bel-Air has been on fire with its guest chef series as of late, most recently hosting a three-way meat fiesta with Wolfgang Puck, Adam Perry Lang, and Chef’s Table’s own Francis Mallman. Now comes French superstar chef Pierre Gagnaire.
The one-night-only event goes down on January 7 and pairs Gagnaire with Puck and executive chef Hugo Bolanos, and will also include team members from Gagnaire’s three Michelin-starred Parisian restaurant inside the Hotel Balzac. Tickets go on sale today and run $225 a head, with a wine pairing that ups the price by another $125.
Though the menu is still undoubtedly coming together, expect Parisian classics and lots of truffles, spread across multiple courses. There are only 70 seats, so if you’d like to experience Pierre Gagnaire on your home turf, you’ll have to call to make reservations now at 310-909-1644.
