The wait is over for Echo Park's newest British pub, The Lost Knight. The restaurant, brought to you by Paul Moore and Mary Thompson, slung open its doors to thirsty Eastside masses on Friday. Local lunchers need not wait too long to get their fix of pub classics, as lunch service will begin this Friday.

The menu: The Lost Knight's menu reads like a "best of" British pub list. Of course there is the buzzed about fish-head-adorned Stargazy Pie, but The Lost Knight's menu also features highlights like Beef Beet Wellington, Welsh Rarebit, and Steak and Kidney Pudding. There are also more approachable options, like a whole slew of Sausage Rolls and a solid burger. To drink, a tight wine list, curated craft beers, and a selection of classic cocktails. Check out the full menu below.

The Lost Knight is open Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 12 a.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
