Opening Alert: The Juice is Now Bottling Cold Pressed Heaven in Highland Park

It took months to finally get the go-ahead from the Health Department.

It's been a trial to finally get those doors open in Highland Park, but owner Elizabeth Halpern managed to debut The Juice yesterday along York Blvd. This second outlet (the first is in Atwater Village) gets a little more floor space and a bit wider range of offerings. Of course, like any juicery, there's raw, organic, cold-pressed juices in a nice array of delectable blends. Oh, and the coconut water is produced locally, which means fantastic freshness. Finally, this location will boast new vegan ice creams using a coconut-base, which should come in handy for anyone who wants an indulgence with their healthy juice.

This week only, the first twenty customers each day get a free shortie. Open daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
