Walter el Nagar's innovative Italian cuisine pop-ups again on the Westside.

Walter el Nagar recently announced a potential partnership with AdVantage Restaurant Partners, but that hasn't materialized into anything yet despite a proposed Downtown location. In the meantime, the chef is doing yet another Westside Barbershop pop-up, this time in Venice breakfast spot Flake, on February 13 and 14.

However, el Nagar fans might take solace in knowing that the stint goes beyond the worst dining night of the year Valentine's Day. The chef plans to keep Barbershop around for an indefinite period.

This rendition features two seatings per evening, plus a five-course $85 per person tasting menu (just for the 13th and 14th). Thankfully, you can BYOB. With only 16 seats, it's going to be tough to land a table, though securing a reservation with Reserve will make things easier for you.
