Matthew Kang is the Lead Editor of Eater LA. He has covered dining, restaurants, food culture, and nightlife in Los Angeles since 2008. He's the host of K-Town, a YouTube series covering Korean food in America, and has been featured in Netflix's Street Food show.

While Rose Lawrence of Red Bread continues to look for a new space, she'll be teaming up with Salted Live, a live version of the online cooking class, for two nights on February 24 and 25, along with Eric Greenspan at a secret location in Los Angeles. Since foie gras is legal again, Greenspan and Lawrence will show attendees how to sear foie gras, make a foie gras grilled cheese, and make foie gras strawberry pop tarts (pretty much an adventurous kid's dream after school treat).

It's not all about foie though, as Greenspan will show how to grill a perfect steak and Lawrence will teach diners how to make the perfect puff pastry. To reserve a seat, fill out the form here and be prepared to pay $100 per person.
