Here's the lovely new interior of Continental, a classy Toluca Lake eatery that officially debuts their new menu on February 26. Placed across from Bob's Big Boy, the nearly 60 year old building (that was once an IHOP) has been transformed into a wood-paneled beauty with elements of mid-century and early 20th century Arts & Crafts styling.

Partners Jay Sadofsky and chef Jesse Genovese have been slowly changing up the multi-faceted interior over the past few months, adding a new cocktail program, wine list curated by Doug LaGambina (Spin The Bottle Wine Studio), and vintage artwork. Continental might just be the best new grown-up restaurant to open in this part of the Valley.

As for the fare, it's a little bit of everything for everyone.Casual and approachable, the flavors draw from global cuisines, with skirt steak tacos, cured salmon crostini, Moroccan chicken, and bucatini carbonara. See the lunch and dinner menus below.

Wander around, check out the details, and be ready for a new life given to this decades old building.
