The Parisian meringue shop should be a food fit for the area.

Boy, is Beverly Hills blowing up today. Between free gelato tonight and a sneak peek into Maude’s secret test kitchen, it’s a big day for the business-y neighborhood. Things are about to get a tad fluffier though, with the incoming arrival of Bo Nuage.

Bo Nuage, of course, is the Parisian-minded meringue shop from Pascal and Audrey Achcar. They currently run a small storefront on Melrose Avenue that recently turned on year old, and spent time talking to Eater about plans for expansion. Well, here is their second location.

Per Toddrickallen, the cloud cake shop has dropped some signage on a new location along Santa Monica Blvd., near Rodeo Drive. No official opening date is given, but construction of the former shoe store seems well underway, so perhaps a summer 2015 unveiling is likely?

Regardless, Bo Nuage seems a good fit for the upscale neighborhood. Their beautiful, colorful delicacies are right at home along the glitzy boulevard.
