Beaming Joins E.P. and L.P. in West Hollywood, Both Slated for Spring Debut

The bustling corner is set to welcome in two bars, an upscale Thai-inspired restaurant and juice shop.

Farley Elliott is the Senior Editor at Eater LA and the author of Los Angeles Street Food: A History From Tamaleros to Taco Trucks. He covers restaurants in every form, from breaking news to the culture, people, and history that surrounds LA's dining landscape.

The all-out Aussie invasion is nearly upon us. Botanical Hospitality Group, the restaurant ownership team founded by Australians Grant Smilie and David Combes, finally has the requisite paperwork in order and will be opening up their triple-threat West Hollywood restaurant concepts in no time.

The Botanical team has already paired up with Axwell of Swedish House Mafia to bring a trio of high-flying restaurants/bars/party spaces to the corner of Melrose, after finalizing all of the necessary permits last summer. Now it looks like they're just about ready to debut, with a landing expected at the end of February this spring.

And if that neighborhood weren’t changing enough already, there’s a fourth concept (non-Botanical Hospitality related) coming just next door to E.P. and L.P., thanks to real estate company RKF, which helped broker this wild array of deals. It’s the third outlet of Beaming (and first for WeHo), which hails from San Diego and offers ‘gourmet superfoods’ by way of juices, salads and all that healthy stuff. Look for Beaming to open doors in May.
