Remember when Pinkberry worked hard to make Los Angeles love them by giving away ten cent froyo for its birthday? Well, that’s not the last of the desperation moves going down in the frozen dessert arena.

This time, the big name in question is Baskin-Robbins, the popular ice cream flavormaker. In order to really blow the lid off of their latest scoopable option, known oh-so-timelessly as ’Snacknado,’ the hashtag #brand has picked up an endorsement from none other than former 90210’er and Sharknado alum Ian Ziering.

He’ll be on hand at the Victory Blvd. outlet of Baskin-Robbins, discussing the "whirlwind of salty caramel-flavored ice cream loaded with chocolate-covered potato chips and pretzels." Honestly, there’s more to the description but if you’re not hooked yet, nothing can save you.

Want to zero in on the Ziering for yourself? Better make it over to Baskin-Robbins by 11:45 a.m. on Friday, February 6.
