Because LA needs another juice bar.

Juicing is a veritable craze in LA, with juice conglomerates and mom & pop shops stretching to nearly every corner of the city. Yet another independent spot, My Juice Spot, just hit Sawtelle (Japantown). What was once a Robeks for nearly ten years went under the knife with a new concept under the same ownership.

My Juice Spot now specializes in largely organic cold pressed juices and smoothies that are completely customizable. It's certainly nice to see a large franchise turn independent, as opposed to the other way around. Attached to the juice bar is Pop's Hot Dogs, an all natural and vegan hot dog concept, making the double concept space a one-stop shop for a healthy snack on the go.
