Mint Leaf Sprouting Up Soon With Fresh Indian Fare in Pasadena

New, 2 comments

The elevated take on Indian cuisine comes by way of former Tanzore chef Jayanta Paul.

Pasadena's truly on the rise, trading in chain restaurants for neighborhood concepts. Today comes news that locals in need of an Indian fix can satisfy their cravings later this month at Mint Leaf, and Indian restaurant focusing on fresh fare that will be helmed by former Tanzore chef Jayanta Paul.

Like the longtime Beverly Hills Indian restaurant, Mint Leaf will offer contemporary Indian cuisine with both traditional options and lighter vegan dishes, like dal makhni and classic paneer tikka wrap.

Located at 2535 East Washington Dr, the restaurant is just a stone's throw away from office complexes, adding a convenient lunch stop to the area around Old Town Pasadena. Mint Leaf will be open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
