Here’s a mash up worth paying for. Evan Funke, the high-energy chef behind Culver City’s extremely popular handmade pasta spot Bucato, is going forces with Ari Taymor and Ashleigh Parsons of Alma — if only for one night.

The guest chef dinner series is nothing new to downtown’s top-notch dining destination Alma. Opening Noma chef Mads Refslund landed in the kitchen there just last month.

Thursday’s there-and-gone dinner with Taymor and Funke will run guests $95 apiece, with optional drink pairings to boot. Grab seats now via the restaurant.
