Eater and Food is the New Rock present the complete food and chef lineup for this year's upcoming Coachella Music Festival scheduled for the weekends of April 10 to 12 and April 17-19. Once again, the lineup is as strong as ever, with big name chefs, burgeoning brands, and plenty of local talent drawn mostly from Los Angeles and Southern California. Remember that nabbing a seat at the Outstanding in the Field dinner series is best made through Reserve app (though you don't need a VIP wristband), which is the only method of booking a meal with chefs like Bruce Kalman, Ricardo Zarate, and Tin Vuong. One could also get a seat at OitF through a package here.
In addition, Roy Choi (POT), Kris Morningstar (Terrine), and Phillip Lee of Scratch Bar and The Gadarene Swine will be doing $50 tasting menus in the VIP area, which will require booking through the Reserve app.
