Remember how Simply Raw recently re-opened with plans to update their menu and expand its hours? Apparently, the not-even-a-year-old restaurant had a change of heart and its website displays a very clear CLOSED on the landing page.
Although Simply Raw has permanently closed, a sign on the door announces, "The Hive is coming soon." Will it be the same owners as Simply Raw, but with a completely different concept? Or has someone already decided to take over the space? It seems that having a liquor license on this block is really important, as Hostaria Del Piccolo and brunch at Blue Daisy remain successful on this corner. Developing.
