DOWNTOWN— Club 1994 is returning to Honeycut this Thursday March 26 beginning at 8 p.m. The ‘90s-themed dance party will include DJs, slap bracelets, and, of course, cocktails that come by way of Dave Fernie and Mary Bartlett.
GLENDALE— Bourbon Steak, Michael Mina's steakhouse within The Americana at Brand is turning one, and is throwing a rather swanky bash to celebrate. On Friday, March 27, Chef Michael Mina will host a dinner that will begin with a cocktail reception then progress into a five-course dinner with dishes by past and present Mina Group chefs like Anthony Carron of 800 Degrees and Steven Fretz of Church Key. Tickets are $195 and include the tasting menu, passed canapés, and a wine pairing. Call 818-839-4130 for reservations.
AROUND TOWN— Angelenos are going crazy for ice cream, and Baskin-Robbins wants to get back in on the action by serving up $1.31 scoops and $3.31 sundaes on Tuesday, March 31. For those not catching on to the 31 theme, the promotion will celebrate the ice cream shop's 31-flavor heritage.
