Katsuya Launches New Menu April 1, The Langham Hosts Family-Friendly Easter Bash

And The Churchill kicks off Fried Chicken Thursdays.

HOLLYWOOD— Katsuya is rolling out a new menu April 1. Expect to see a whole lot of truffle and Wagyu along with a robata program. New items include the A4 Wagyu "fried rice," truffle and chive chawanmushi, and chicken tsukune with marinated egg.

PASADENA— The Langham is going all out for Easter this year with festivities for the whole family. Along with brunch options to please every palate, expect live music, an Easter egg hunt, and petting zoo. An elaborate brunch in The Huntington Ballroom with free-flowing champagne is $98 per adult and $32 for children, and a Dim Sum Brunch in The Terrace is $62 per adult and $28 for children.

BEVERLY GROVE— Fried Chicken Night is headed to The Churchill, with Chef Michael Bryant bringing a taste of his Southern roots to West Third Street. Starting this Thursday, March 26, hickory-smoked and buttermilk-brined fried chicken will be available for $8 along with sides like low country-style green beans and cheddar jalapeno biscuits.
