Ludo Lefebvre is at it again, this time cooking up a rotisserie chicken for his ongoing Ludo à la Maison Youtube series.
As has become the format for his videos, Ludo begins with a cheeky French anecdote, (this time about kitchen abuse at the hands of his former chefs) then continues on to drop some sage nuggets of kitchen wisdom. Highlights include lessons learned from Alain Passard of L'Arpège ("baste it, turn it, baste it, turn it!"), a nifty DIY rosemary brush, and brief appearances by the Petit Trois chef's adorable family.
