EASTSIDE— Actress and fitness guru Suzanne Somers is opening a restaurant that will serve food based off recipes from her cookbooks in Westgate Las Vegas. Suzanne Somers Organic Spa Café will likely open Memorial Day weekend, when her residency as a nightclub performer will commence.

WESTSIDE— Alex Stratta is making his off-Strip debut with Tapas by Alex Stratta, opening April 8 at Tivoli Village. The thoughtfully-named restaurant will serve paellas and tapas that comes by way of the two Michelin-starred chef.
