Ramen N.A.O., a Quirky Ramen Concept Hitting Monterey Park

New, 1 comment

Sick of the same tonkotsu ramen around town? Ramen N.A.O will broaden their ramen horizons.

Meet Ramen N.A.O, a ramen shop with a variety of out-of-the-box ramen in Monterey Park that will open in mid to late April. One can look forward to a patio dining area with tables and comfortable benches and heaters, so guests can enjoy ramen with a choice of beer, sake, or wine outside. The owners of Ramen N.A.O. have backgrounds in the entertainment industry, so expect some early hiccups.

Try signature dishes like the Tori-Paitan Ramen, which incorporates a chicken broth soup, and thin noodles to enhance flavor and texture. Also, the Shiru-Nashi Ramen will be a ramen with no broth, containing thick noodles served in a concentrated sauce with slow roasted pork loins and soft boiled pork belly.
