Ramen Burger by Keizo Shimamoto will start to venture beyond their burger-centric menu tonight. Chef de cuisine Devin Hight is preparing two bowls, a tonkotsu-shio ramen with sous-vide chashu, and a torigara-shio, which is based on a chicken broth. With just twenty bowls a night, they'll be available at the window outside, or inside Lock & Key, the adjacent bar/lounge.
The bowls will run $12 each and will only be available on Friday and Saturday evenings after 10 p.m. Drop by and be one of the first to try one of these limited-run ramen bowls.
