Heal the Bay IPA Launch at Simmzy's for Earth Day, smoke.oil.salt Anniversary Dinner

BURBANK— Earth Day is tomorrow, and there's no better way to celebrate than by enjoying a cold beer that gives back to the planet. On Earth Day, April 22, all three locations of Simmzy's (Burbank, Manhattan Beach, Long Beach), will offer the first kegs of Golden Road Brewing's Heal the Bay IPA. Part of the proceeds from each pint sold will go to Heal the Bay, an environmental non-profit focused on protecting the ocean, beaches, and waterways.

CALABASAS— Saddle Peak Lodge is updating the menu for its Monday and Tuesday night $35 three-course prix-fixe dinner. Options include roasted tomato soup, Idaho rainbow trout, and grilled elk tenderloin.

FAIRFAX— smoke.oil.salt is celebrating its first anniversary this Friday and Saturday with a 10-course dinner of menu favorites like sea urchin flan, smoked octopus, and wood-fired Iberico pork. The dinner will be offered for $90 per person with seatings available at 6:30 and 9:00 p.m.
