Jesse Barber’s Dudley Market concept is aiming to be a lot of things to a lot of people, from local market stop to a tourist takeaway stand to a sit-down dinner experience for the locals. But with some time before the whole concept unveils itself, Barber plans on keeping busy by making lots of ramen.

The former Barnyard Venice chef is dropping tons of noodle-y goodness this coming Sunday, May 3 at Japanese Knife Imports on Wilshire Blvd. The pricey bowls are $22 apiece for either spot prawn or chicken miso ramen, but do come with a bottle of Kirin Ichiban to drink.

For pop-up ramen reservations, email info@dudleymarket.com. The evening-only event runs from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Japanese Knife Imports, 8642 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills.
