Apples Boba & Bakery

There’s yet more boba coming to the heart of L.A., this time on Vermont in Koreatown. Called Apples Boba & Bakery, this new colorful operation recently surfaced selling a variety of Mexican and Taiwanese snacks, plus the namesake bubble tea. Fruit slushies, non-boba teas, and horchata are also available.

There’s not much to the shop itself, which appears to have opened last week. A few seats sit inside the smallish space, along with a run of wooden counter against the wall. The decor is flowery and purple, with more than a few pop culture images hanging inside frames.

Most importantly, Apples Boba & Bakery keeps some pretty strong hours, running from 6 a.m. to at least 9 p.m. during the week, and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends.
