Chic Coffee Shop Alfred Signs On For Studio City Location

Blossoming L.A. coffee brand Alfred Coffee has signed the lease for a new Studio City location with a ton of walkability. Per an insider, the storefront sits at 12077 Ventura Place, which is right next to the forthcoming McConnell’s Ice Cream, and very, very close to Joan’s on Third.

Add to that mix the Sunday farmer's market out front, and all of a sudden it seems like Alfred Coffee will have no trouble at all pulling in folks. Not that the Alfred team has ever really had a problem with visibility given their bright, artsy designs, even within their more hidden locations like Alfred in the Alley.

Build out should commence shortly and design is already underway, so a summertime opening is not out of the question. When completed, it'll be a nice complement to Alfred's other existing locations in Brentwood and on Melrose Place.
