TOMS Guatemalan Brunch Pop-Up at The Viceroy, Rob Floyd Updates Cocktail Menu at The Church Key

And smoke.oil.salt kicks off a new Monday night menu.

SANTA MONICA— This is a pretty cool collision of fashion and food. TOMS is celebrating the launch of its new Traveler eyewear collection, which helps give sight to regions in Guatemala. As such, Viceroy restaurant Cast chef Tony DiSalvo will offer a Guatemalan-themed brunch menu on Saturday, June 6 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Think dishes like ropa vieja tostada, chicken tamal steamed in banana leaf, and longaniza sopes. WEST HOLLYWOOD— The Church Key has upped its cocktail game with the addition of Rob Floyd to its team. The Cocktail Theatre founder and Devon Espinosa have updated the summer cocktail menu with drinks like The Church Key House Gin & Tonic with Bombay Dry and lavender tonic; the No Mames with Avion Reposado, Lillet, cantaloupe, sage, mitaki mushrooms, and Combier; and the Motorboatin' S.O.B. with Jameson Black and rosemary syrup.

FAIRFAX— Spanish restaurant and wine bar smoke.oil.salt has bee tinkering with its menu as of late, and is now launching a new Monday night menu starting June 1. Highlights include caramelized globe artichokes with Romano beans and spicy chili, giant Mediterranean prawns, and top sirloin cap a la plancha. Wine director Stephen Gelber will also serve rare wines by the glass via the Coravin system.
