Soho House, long considered the prime meeting spot for Hollywood industry insiders, might potentially be opening a third location inside the former Nikita Malibu, reports The Hollywood Reporter. Though nothing seems to be confirmed at the moment, the 6,900 square foot property would make a prime location for the upscale members-only club.

The Hollywood Reporter's Gary Baum writes that Soho House has openly denied that it's taking over Larry Ellison's Nikita, which closed last December. Says a Soho House spokesperson: "We are always being shown new buildings...this is just still a rumor. No deals have been signed." Eater has certainly picked up on this chatter but hasn't received any confirmation at this point. Should this grand building along PCH turn into the ritzy club, or should it simply re-open as a restaurant with a new concept? Hit the comments with thoughts.
