Unlimited Father’s Day Mancakes at Plan Check, The Montage Scores Former Chef de Cuisine of Daniel

DOWNTOWN— Father's Day is this Sunday, June 21, and those looking to treat pops to a pancake feast can do so at all three locations of Plan Check (Sawtelle, Fairfax, Downtown). From 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., dads and families alike can indulge in endless buttermilk or Mancakes made with bacon and The Dudes' Grandma's Pecan Brown Ale for eight bucks.

BEVERLY HILLS— The Montage Beverly Hills recently scored a big win with Patrice Martineau taking over the reigns as executive chef, overseeing all aspects of the hotel's culinary operations. Martineau cut his teeth in France at two and three Michelin starred restaurants before working under Daniel Boulud as chef de cuisine of Daniel.

TEHACHAPI— Outstanding in the Field, the ultimate farm-to-table pop-up in the middle of a family farm, is returning to California this June before making its way across the country. This Saturday, June 20, the dinner series will take place at Weiser Farm in Tehachapi, and will focus on the L.A. grain hub project with special guest Glenn Roberts of Anson Mills.
