The juice-focused takeaway window on West 3rd that was previously occupied by Clover is being gobbled up by onetime nearby competitor Juice Served Here, which already has a full storefront a few steps away. The competing cold pressed juice wars along that hip dining stretch recently forced Clover to move on to all points east, while closer to La Cienega Kreation put in a full Kafe to help stake their own healthy claim.
With the growth into the take-out window (which kicks off tomorrow) Juice Served Here will further expand into a partnership with The Churchill, the popular restaurant that operates right next door to the walk-up window.
Chef Michael Bryant is going to be working up lighter takeaway fare meant to be served alongside the juices — mostly salads, wraps, and sandwiches. The healthier dishes will include options for gluten-free and vegan eaters, while conversely the bar inside of The Churchill will be using Juiced Served Here juices as part of their cocktail program.
