As Los Angeles’ ongoing craft beer renaissance continues, it’s time for the city to once again take stock of all the great drinking options around. That’s where LA Beer Week comes in.

The yearly party kicks off tomorrow, showcasing not only the many great drinking destinations that the city has, but the wonderful offerings from its rising crop of craft beer brewers. Recent hotspots like Downtown’s Barrel Down bar is getting in on the action, using more than a few of their 40 taps for a Bell’s Brewery tap takeover on June 26, and running half-pint and small bite pairings all week long for around $10.

Elsewhere, MacLeod Ale will be celebrating their first anniversary, while Eagle Rock Brewery Public House is doing a Beer Week/Father’s Day mash-up with a brew-fueled burger showdown between Andre Guerrero and the Grill ‘Em All guys.

And if you're really invested in the craft beer scene, the kickoff party for the whole week happens tomorrow from noon to 5 p.m. at Exposition Park, with live music, beer samples, discussion panels, and more.

For a full list of LA Beer Week events and details, head over to the LA Beer Week website. Events run from this Saturday through next Sunday, June 28.
