Holy Cow Starts Hiring In Anticipation of Upcoming Smoked Meat Supremacy in Culver City

It's the second location of the popular Westside stop.

Culver City’s anticipated Holy Cow BBQ expansion has been in the works since last fall, but after initially landing a location along Sepulveda Blvd., not much other news has been heard — until now.

A nearby tipster shares photographic evidence of the upcoming property, complete with opening soon signage. Though the windows are still papered over, the build-out inside seems nearly complete, and the attached pending ABC license from March shows beer and wine is on the way.

What’s more, as of this morning the Holy Cow team is apparently beefing up its employee numbers. This Craigslist ad seeks all manner of back of house staff, from grill cooks and prep folks to dishwashers. In most cases, you don’t even really need experience — they say they’ll train you! You do need a valid food handlers certification though.

Holy Cow Culver City is now targeting an early June opening, and once it arrives it should help to bring up the whole Culver City casual dining scene a notch or two.
