Opened for just over a week now along Cahuenga Blvd in Hollywood, Smoke's Poutinerie specializes in one glorious drunk food: poutine. Though LA has seen something like this before in Westwood's P'Tit Soleil, Smoke's lands right in what might be the best place to grab some greasy, runny, cheesy, gravy-laden snack in town.
Though America's first Smoke's shop landed in the Bay Area, this second outpost will be one of 20 outlets that'll eventually open in California, from San Diego and San Francisco. The fries here come loaded up in 30 different varieties, including chili cheesesteak, double pork, chicken fajita, and even perogies. Check out the full lineup of awesome gutbusters right here.
With locations across our northern neighbor, Smoke's brings a heavy dose of Canadian glory, with a colorful bright red interior and loud 1980's jams all day. Hours run 11 a.m. to midnight from Monday to Wednesday, then 4 a.m. closures from Thursday to Saturday. The fryers shut down on Sundays by 9 p.m.
